We love nothing more than transforming a standard Defender into a one of a kind build here at Assetti. Combining our expertise in paint protection film with bespoke vehicle building and delivering for a customer on a vision.

This Defender 110 arrived to us for with a brief to make it one of the best it could be. With protection, upgrades and even an exhaust being fitted by Assetti to create the customers ‘Ultimate Defender’.

For a complete visual change, we fitted full XPEL Stealth paint protection film to this vehicles painted panels transforming the gloss finish to satin. All whilst protecting the paint underneath. For any remaining high gloss sections we opted to protect these with XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF which is the clear film. Offering a physical barrier of protection against stone chips, scratches and other damage. Once complete it was time for some upgrades!

To match the aggressive look of this Defender, the customer wanted some more noise also. The perfect addition was the Quicksilver Sound Architect exhaust system for the Diesel Defender range. This sound kit exhaust plays an artificial exhaust note which is switchable giving the perfect balance of noise when you require it along with twin carbon fibre exhaust tips.

With a host of parts from Urban to give this Defender some style, including the ever popular Urban WX-2 wheels finished in satin black to compliment the new look. Fitted with rugged and practical Geolander tyres, these 22″ upgrades totally transform the vehicle. Paired with further Urban upgrades including the Urban ‘Best of British’ side vents.

On to some lighting upgrades – we treated this Defender to our most popular lighting products which included our LED daytime running light grill, LED roof light pod and lower front bumper DRL kit. This gives a much more aggressive shape to the front end of the vehicle which compliments the other upgrades perfectly.

Next up was our Defender wide arch extension kit, finished in high gloss black. These subtle additions give a wider stance and increased road presence
