The first road legal Ferrari XX car is a breathtaking evolution of Ferrari’s hybrid hypercar, the SF90 Stradale, blending cutting-edge performance with track-focused engineering. Being one of the first cars into the UK was no problem for us at Assetti, with full access to the XPEL ppf pattern library and pattern templates for the SF90XX we got straight to work.

This Ferrari is dripping in gloss carbon fibre which all needed protecting along with the expensive factory paint. Ensuring maximum coverage of all areas was important due to the many aero ducts and channels being a magnet for small stones. After all this is a car designed to be enjoyed and driven.

An intense decontamination wash is the first step, with any contaminants removed from the paint including and a full appraisal to thoroughly check the condition prior to installation.

Once washed and checked it was into our temperature controller installation bays where we cut each specific panel of the vehicle using our in house plotter and XPEL ultimate plus film. This allows us full control of the patterns allowing us to extend edges where needed to maximise coverage.

With full car PPF protection complete, the vehicle was further enhanced with ceramic coating using the Gyeon range. This offers an additional layer on top of the PPF whilst making the surface hydrophobic which means a cleaner looking car for longer. As well as this it makes cleaning the car easy as dirt and debris are repelled by the 5 year Gyeon Infinite ceramic coating.

Now ready to be enjoyed by the owner, safe in the mind that the paint will remain in factory condition no matter the mileage or usage. A very rare example of modern Ferrari, ready to be enjoyed without worry of stone chips.
