This exhaust system is engineered from aerospace-grade titanium, achieving a weight reduction of 32.7% in comparison to standard OE systems. Performance Metrics: Benefit from a noticeable power gain of 5.3 hp and an increase in torque of 13.5 Nm at 2,800 rpm, validated by in-house dynamometer testing. No ECU remapping is necessary.
Compatibility: Compatible with both OPF and non-OPF BMW G87 M2 models. Please note, ECE type-approval is applicable only to models equipped with an OPF.
Optional Upgrades
High-Performance Components: Akrapovič offers optional link pipes and downpipes for those intending to use their vehicle in a closed-circuit setting. Additionally, an Akrapovič Sound Kit is available for an even more personalised acoustic experience. Note: These optional features will nullify the ECE type-approval.
Carbon-Fibre Rear Diffuser: Add an extra layer of visual impact with an available hand-crafted carbon-fibre rear diffuser.
Regulatory Compliance
ECE type-approved for vehicles fitted with an Otto/petrol particulate filter.
The Tail Pipe Set (Carbon) has to be ordered separately as a mandatory part. Please choose TP-CT/69, TP-CT/68 or TP-CT/73/CF.
