Aston Martin DB12 Full PPF Protection

The newly launched Aston Martin DB12 is the world’s first super tourer. Powered by a 671bhp V8 it has the Bentley Continental GT and Ferrari Roma in its sights. This example finished in absolutely stunning Iridescent Emerald paint recently came to Assetti straight from the Aston Martin dealer for full XPEL paint protection film. This interpretation of the iconic British racing green really sets off the body lines of the DB12.

The ideal time to protect a car is before it’s hit the road which is exactly what this customer opted to do. Whilst there may be a small wait once the dealer is ready to release the car, this ensures underneath the PPF the paint is immaculate, which on a car of this calibre is very important. The entire car was covered in XPEL ultimate plus PPF which is of course, self-healing from swirls and scratches. This helps keep the stunning paint looking glossy regardless of use or washing techniques.

Full coverage PPF includes all painted body panels and on this particular car all of the carbon fibre accents including screen surround, front splitter and rear diffuser.

To further protect this DB12 from all the elements, the customer opted for our Gyeon Infinite ceramic coating with a 5 year warranty. This offers another protective layer above the PPF which is also hydrophobic. This stops contaminants and dirt from sticking to the vehicle meaning a cleaner car for longer. It also helps when you the wash the vehicle as once clean water is repelled from the surface making drying easier than ever.
